【摘要】：招商引資對(duì)于一個(gè)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展有著非常重要的影響,但是由于招商引資工作涉及部門(mén)多、信息量大、所接觸的客商多等特點(diǎn),招商辦的工作人員每天疲于應(yīng)付各種問(wèn)題,導(dǎo)致招商引資工作的效率較低、管理成本較高。為此,本文以東莞市石排鎮(zhèn)外經(jīng)辦的具體工作為例,對(duì)招商引資信息管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行研究,本文所做的工作主要集中在招商引資業(yè)務(wù)管理信息化實(shí)現(xiàn),信息系統(tǒng)管理以及信息共享幾個(gè)方面。結(jié)合石排鎮(zhèn)外經(jīng)辦招商引資管理業(yè)務(wù)的實(shí)際需要,利用J2EE技術(shù)和SOA技術(shù)對(duì)招商引資管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),本人所作主要工作包括以下方面:(1)使用UML技術(shù)對(duì)石排鎮(zhèn)外經(jīng)辦主要業(yè)務(wù)功能進(jìn)行分析和設(shè)計(jì),并且使用J2EE技術(shù),對(duì)系統(tǒng)中的項(xiàng)目管理、信息資料管理、招商審批管理、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析管理以及客商資料管理的信息化實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)行研究。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)的優(yōu)化,來(lái)提高系統(tǒng)性能,提高招商引資管理系統(tǒng)的適用性;通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)備份和恢復(fù),提高系統(tǒng)中數(shù)據(jù)的安全性,從而避免由于管理員誤操作,或者自然災(zāi)害所導(dǎo)致的系統(tǒng)中重要數(shù)據(jù)的丟失。(3)采用SOA技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了石排鎮(zhèn)招商引資管理系統(tǒng)與石排鎮(zhèn)其它部門(mén)電子政務(wù)系統(tǒng)之間的信息通信,從而提高了數(shù)據(jù)的共享,為投資者提供一站式服務(wù)。(4)借助于測(cè)試功能用例的構(gòu)建,對(duì)系統(tǒng)主要功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)效果進(jìn)行測(cè)試,提高系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的質(zhì)量,改進(jìn)系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)功能。本文所研究的招商引資信息管理系統(tǒng),利用信息化技術(shù),不僅實(shí)現(xiàn)了傳統(tǒng)招商引資管理工作的信息化,從而提高了招商引資管理效率,降低招商引資管理成本;同時(shí),通過(guò)SOA技術(shù),提高了招商引資管理系統(tǒng)與其它部門(mén)電子政務(wù)系統(tǒng)之間的通信,保證了數(shù)據(jù)的一致性,提高了數(shù)據(jù)的共享,有利于我國(guó)電子政務(wù)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Attracting foreign investment has a very important impact on the economic development of a region, but as the work of attracting investment involves a lot of departments, a large amount of information, and a large number of clients contacted, the staff of the Merchants Office are struggling to cope with various problems every day. As a result, the efficiency of attracting foreign investment is lower and the cost of management is higher. For this reason, this article takes the concrete work of the foreign management office of Shipai Town in Dongguan City as an example to study the information management system of attracting investment. The work of this paper is mainly focused on the realization of the information management of the business of attracting investment in Dongguan City. Information system management and information sharing aspects. According to the actual needs of the business of attracting foreign investment in Shipai Town, this paper designs and implements the management system of attracting investment by using J2EE technology and SOA technology. My main work includes the following aspects: (1) using UML technology to analyze and design the main business functions of Shipai Town Foreign Business Office, and use J2EE technology to manage the project in the system, information management, investment approval management, and so on. (2) through the optimization of the database in the system, to improve the performance of the system, improve the applicability of the management system for attracting investment; Through data backup and recovery, the security of data in the system can be improved so as to avoid the loss of important data in the system caused by misoperation of administrators or natural disasters. (3) SOA technology is adopted. This paper realizes the information communication between the management system of attracting investment and investment in Shipai town and the e-government system of other departments in Shipai town, thus improving the sharing of data and providing one-stop service for investors. (4) with the help of the construction of test function cases, Test the realization effect of the main function module of the system, improve the quality of the system realization, improve the business function of the system. The information management system of attracting investment is studied in this paper. It not only realizes the informatization of the traditional work of attracting investment by using the information technology, but also improves the efficiency of the management of attracting investment and lowers the cost of the management of attracting investment. At the same time, through the technology of SOA, the communication between the management system of attracting investment and other departments'e-government system is improved, the consistency of data is guaranteed, the data sharing is improved, and it is beneficial to the further development of e-government in our country.
