【摘要】：隨著中國特色社會主義建設(shè)的逐步推進(jìn),提高社會衛(wèi)生服務(wù)水平愈來愈成為公眾關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問題。另據(jù)世界衛(wèi)生組織最新調(diào)查報(bào)告稱,全球衛(wèi)生人力資源短缺問題日趨嚴(yán)重。故而,針對如何解決衛(wèi)生人力資源短缺的研究愈加重要。本報(bào)告在萊斯的文本類型理論指導(dǎo)下,分析了人力資源管理評估方法這一翻譯任務(wù)。賴斯的文本類型理論實(shí)際上包含兩個(gè)階段,即分析階段與翻譯階段。經(jīng)分析,本翻譯報(bào)告所選案例為信息類文本,故本報(bào)告主要以信息類文本翻譯策略為指導(dǎo),即在翻譯過程中根據(jù)意義保持內(nèi)容的一致性原則。本報(bào)告著重研究分析了如何在術(shù)語翻譯、詞匯翻譯,以及句子翻譯層面體現(xiàn)翻譯文本的信息功能。為此筆者在信息類文本翻譯策略的指導(dǎo)下,采用了直譯結(jié)合意譯,以及分譯、增譯等翻譯方法。就本報(bào)告的意義而言,一方面,通過翻譯可以幫助中國衛(wèi)生工作人員科學(xué)地應(yīng)對衛(wèi)生系統(tǒng)面臨的人力資源管理挑戰(zhàn),并且有利于衛(wèi)生人力資源管理知識的傳播;另一方面,本報(bào)告可以對信息類文本翻譯的實(shí)踐和理論研究起到補(bǔ)充或促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the gradual development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, improving the level of social health services has become a hot issue of public concern, according to the latest survey report of the World Health Organization (WHO). The problem of global health human resource shortage is becoming more and more serious. Therefore, the research on how to solve the shortage of health human resources is becoming more and more important. This report is guided by Rice's text type theory. This paper analyzes the translation task of human resource management evaluation method. Rice's text typology theory actually consists of two stages, namely, the analysis stage and the translation stage. Through the analysis, the case selected in this translation report is informational text. Therefore, this report is mainly guided by the translation strategy of informative texts, that is, the principle of consistency of meaning in the process of translation. The present report focuses on the analysis of how to translate terms and phrases. And sentence translation reflects the information function of translated text. Under the guidance of information translation strategy, the author adopts literal translation combined with free translation, as well as split translation. In the sense of this report, on the one hand, translation can help Chinese health workers to meet the human resources management challenges faced by the health system in a scientific way. And it is beneficial to the dissemination of health human resource management knowledge; On the other hand, this report can supplement or promote the practical and theoretical research on the translation of informative texts.
