跨文化商務(wù)談判的語用失誤研究

隨著中國經(jīng)濟(jì)國際地位的提高,中國與世界商貿(mào)活動(dòng)日益頻繁。商務(wù)談判作為商貿(mào)活動(dòng)的重要組成部分,發(fā)揮著更加關(guān)鍵的作用,這也使實(shí)現(xiàn)跨文化商務(wù)談判的順利完成成為一個(gè)具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的研究課題。 語用失誤作為和語言、文化及交際密切相關(guān)的因素,嚴(yán)重阻礙了交際的順利完成,因此一直是學(xué)術(shù)界所重視的問題。自1983年Jenny Thomas首次提出語用失誤這個(gè)術(shù)語以來,國內(nèi)外眾多語用學(xué)者從各個(gè)角度對此領(lǐng)域做了大量研究,并取得了顯著的研究成果。 本文以Sperber & Wilson提出的關(guān)聯(lián)理論為指導(dǎo),以熊學(xué)亮的認(rèn)知語境理論為切入點(diǎn),探究跨文化商務(wù)談判的語用失誤問題。作者認(rèn)為,雖然語言語用因素會(huì)導(dǎo)致跨文化商務(wù)談判的語用失誤,但是社交語用因素根植于特定的文化中,對跨文化商務(wù)談判產(chǎn)生更為重要的影響。本文將從認(rèn)知語用學(xué)角度探討跨文化商務(wù)談判語用失誤的表現(xiàn)和成因,并提出相應(yīng)建議供談判者參考,使其在跨文化商務(wù)談判中游刃有余。 通過分析跨文化商務(wù)談判的語用失誤,作者發(fā)現(xiàn)認(rèn)知語境在跨文化交際中發(fā)揮著重要的作用。知識草案、心理圖式和社會(huì)心理表征這三個(gè)認(rèn)知語境變量對跨文化商務(wù)談判中出現(xiàn)的語用失誤具有極強(qiáng)的解...
