　　本文以口頭交際誤解為主要研究對(duì)象,對(duì)言語誤解的界定、類型、形成原因及誤解造成的后果進(jìn)行認(rèn)知分析,嘗試從抑制-突顯的角度對(duì)言語誤解的形成機(jī)制進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)闡釋。 廣義的誤解包括對(duì)他人行為、口頭交際語以及對(duì)書面語的誤解。一般而言,我們研究最多的是口頭交際語的誤解,它指在言語交際中說話人沒有準(zhǔn)確傳達(dá)其話語意義或交際意圖,聽話人沒有準(zhǔn)確理解說話人話語意義與意圖而產(chǎn)生的語言現(xiàn)象。本文所指誤解皆為口頭交際誤解。誤解可分為字面意義誤解和情境意義誤解。字面意義誤解由詞匯意義引起,而情境意義由一些深層原因?qū)е?需要我們探究。誤解與語用失誤、不解、誤導(dǎo)與刻意曲解構(gòu)成了整個(gè)交際失誤的家族,具有一定的相似性,但各有其不同特點(diǎn)。 抑制與突顯在信息處理中起著重要作用。抑制-突顯為解釋誤解提供了清晰的脈絡(luò)。一般說來,在話語理解過程中,當(dāng)說話人欲傳達(dá)的交際意圖與聽話人所理解的突顯信息一致時(shí),言語交際獲得成功。但并非每一次交際均可達(dá)成預(yù)期效果。 在抑制-突顯視角下,言語理解過程是一個(gè)建構(gòu)與整合的過程,言語本身有著多種解釋意義,這些意義共同構(gòu)建成了一個(gè)意義框架網(wǎng)。當(dāng)說者傳達(dá)其信息意圖時(shí),該命題意義框架網(wǎng)中的種種意義在...
